By accessing and using DealerWatcher ("the Service"), provided by Ansenor LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DealerWatcher is an AI-powered tool designed to analyze vehicle purchase and lease documents. It identifies potential fees, add-ons, and pricing structures to provide informational insights to users.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis generated by the Service. You should verify all information independently before making financial decisions.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
By uploading documents, images, or other data ("User Content") to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share such content. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Ansenor LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including training our AI models (anonymized where applicable).
5. Payments & Refunds
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to bill you for paid services. By choosing a paid plan or credit pack, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or solely at our discretion.
6. AI Limitations
The Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies which may occasionally hallucinate or produce incorrect information. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations in the reports generated.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ansenor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
